Qualifications: Mrs. Loucaidou graduated in law (LLB) with Honors from the University of Sheffield, U.K. in 2009. Furthermore, she obtained a Master Degree in Criminal Justice (LLM) with Commendation from the University of Nottingham Trent, U.K. in 2010 and a Master Degree in Business Law (LLM) with Merit from De Montfort University - Leicester, U.K in 2015. She was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2012.
Profile: Mrs. Loucaidou mainly deals with corporate, commercial, contract and employment law related matters and advises on structuring financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions as well as on corporate and debt restructurings. Furthermore, she often serves as a legal project manager in various transactions.
