Proteas Management Services Ltd has  expanded the scope of its operations through its new office in the UAE and the newly established company  Proteas Management Services FZ LLC, a  Free Zone Limited Liability Company in  RAS Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) in UAE  licensed to act as register agent for the incorporation and operation of companies, partnerships and foundations in the UAE. 

Proteas Management Services FZ LLC is licenced to act as a company service provider by the Government of RAS Al Khaimah under licence number and shall provide to its clients the below services: 

• Formation of companies
•  Re- domiciliation of companies in RAK ICC
•  Provision of directorship services to a company, a partner of a partnership, or a similar position in relation to other legal persons;
• Provision of a registered office, business address or accommodation, correspondence or administrative address for a company, a partnership or any other legal person or arrangement;
•  Acting as (or arranging for another person to act as) a nominee shareholder for another person.
•  Assisting the clients to open bank accounts in UAE banks.
