The department is involved in complex commercial and industrial real estate projects and transactions on local, regional and national levels.

We advise our corporate and individual clients on all aspects of real estate transactions and deal with all types of property: residential, commercial (office and retail) and industrial. Our team of experts provides practical answers to key questions at every stage of a real estate transaction.

The firm has extensive experience of representing real estate developers in all phases of their work, from project development (including land use planning, environmental permission, acquisition and financing) to later sales.

• Drafting agreements on behalf of buyers and sellers;
• All aspects of acquisitions of immovable property in Cyprus by foreigners, including applications in respect of residence and the expatriation of funds;
